On May 25, The Gallery by Odo welcomed an exclusive dinner hosted by Haute Living and Haute Jets in honor of legendary actor and stuntman Jackie Chan, celebrating his Haute Living Los Angeles May/June 2025 cover and the upcoming release of The Karate Kid: Legends, opening in theaters May 30.

“The evening opened with a composed plate of summer vegetables, tomato dashi gelée, seared bluefin tuna, osetra caviar, and microgreens. The second course featured an elegant selection of panko-fried skewers. For the main course, guests were served a US Wagyu steak burger and fries, A5 Wagyu udon prepared tableside, and a signature chirashi sushi. The final course showcased Japan’s housemade milk ice cream paired with rare Shizuoka Crown melon.”
