January 20th - February 12th
$60 per person
1st Course
- Kanpachi Carpaccio – seared amberjack, osetra caviar, celery root purée, kumquat dressing, endive

2nd Course – Choice of One
- Wagyu Tataki– charcoal seared, brussels sprouts, sesame sauce
- Snow Crab Harumaki – fried spring roll with spinach, truffle
- Smoked Salmon Tartare - bourbon oak smoke, turnip, ikura, mustard mayo
3rd Course - Choice of One
- Chef's Chirashi - assorted sashimi over a bed of sushi rice
- Kinoko Udon - housemade noodles, tableside hotpot
- Wagyu Burger – sansho soy reduction, fries
Dessert
- Housemade milk soft serve - seasonal fruit purée
